Poster and logistics (provided by the CVPR organizers)
A few information about posters (that can be forwarded to the authors) and workshop rooms.
All posters will be in the Arch Building Exhibit Hall and labeled per workshop. The maximum poster size is 84” x 42” and there is an onsite printing option (not mandatory). More information at: https://cvprworkshop.myprintdesk.net/DSF/SmartStore.aspx#!/Storefront
DO NOT SUBMIT A WORKSHOP PAPER TO THE MAIN CONFERENCE PRINT SITE - IT WILL BE REJECTED. Any questions can be directed to Nicole (nicole@ctocevents.com) before submission. If you have a question, need to re-submit a file or need a receipt, please contact the provider directly atdsf.team@e-arc.com
Poster room: there will be tables, no power outlets.
There will be two poster sessions (10am-11:00am and 3:30pm-4:30pm, all times in PDT), and you are welcome to present your poster during both of these sessions. Unfortunately, the poster boards are shared between multiple different workshops, which means that you can only put up your poster at the beginning of each session and that you must take it down at the end of each session.
Our poster walls are #244-278. You can check the number corresponding to your poster here: https://sites.google.com/view/clvision2024/call-for-papers/accepted-papers
Digital poster
The poster sessions will be “in-person” only. However, we can also display each poster on the workshop’s website. If you would like your poster displayed on the website, please send a pdf of your poster to clvision2024@gmail.com. Please use as subject of your email the following, replacing XX with your paper ID: [CLVISION 2024] Poster, paper ID: XX.
Video Recording
As an additional way to advertise and explain your paper, you are welcome to make a 5-min recording in which you present your paper. If you are interested in this opportunity, we ask you to upload the recording yourself (e.g., to youtube), and to send an email with a link to your recording to clvision2024@gmail.com. We will then include this link next to your paper on the workshop’s website. Please use as subject of your email the following, replacing XX with your paper ID: [CLVISION 2024] Link to recorded presentation, paper ID: XX.
Papers accepted at the Archival track
For papers to be added to the proceedings of CVPR 2024:
send the paper ID and final versions of title and abstract to the organizers (clvision2024 AT gmail DOT com)
before April 8th at 23:59 Pacific Daylight Time. This will confirm that you agree with the papers being accepted at the archival track of the workshop.
More importantly, also follow the instructions of these two documents:
This has to be done before April 14th at 23:59 Pacific Daylight Time.
Afterwards, send a copy of the camera-ready pdf (and code repository or project page) to the organizers (clvision2024 AT gmail DOT com), to be featured on the workshop website.
Papers accepted at the Non-Archival track
For papers to be featured at the workshop, send to the organizers (clvision2024 AT gmail DOT com):
paper ID, final versions of title and abstract, camera-ready pdf of the submission
(optional) code repository or project page to feature on the workshop website
before April 15th at 23:59 Pacific Daylight Time. This will confirm that you agree with the paper being accepted at the non-archival track of the workshop.
Reminder. The non-archival track gives you the opportunity to present the paper with a poster at the workshop and the camera-ready version of the paper will be put online on the workshop’s website, but the paper will not be published in the proceedings of CVPR.
Clarification. If your paper was submitted to the archival track and got a paper status of "Reject as archival, accept as non-archival", you are allowed to shorten the camera-ready version of your paper to 4 pages, to prevent the paper from becoming ineligible for future submission to certain other venues. You do not have to accept the transfer of your paper to the non-archival track. If you prefer not to present your paper in the non-archival track, you can let us know with a brief email to the organizers (clvision2024 AT gmail DOT com).
