This privacy policy applies to the Clutch Cam app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Shiva Acharya (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

To function correctly, the Application requires access to:
* **Media Projection (Screen Recording)**: Used to capture your screen for the retroactive recording feature. No screen data is transmitted; all processing and storage happen locally on your device.
* **Microphone and Internal Audio**: Used to record gameplay sound and your voice.
* **Storage Access**: Used to save the captured video files to your device's gallery (`DCIM/GameClips`).
#### 3. Third-Party Services

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
