Honeycomb - Privacy Policy

Honeycomb ("the App") is a private staff communication and operations tool operated by DJR Capital LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the App. Access to Honeycomb is by invitation from a participating venue or organization and is intended for authorized staff and management only.
Information we collect
When you are added to or use Honeycomb, we may collect: your identity and contact information (name, phone number, email address); role and work information (assigned role, shift availability, schedule, and shift responses); content you provide (messages, announcements, responses, and notes you enter in the App); optional profile information (a profile photo, if provided); and basic technical and usage data (device and log information used to operate and secure the App). We do not collect payment information, and Honeycomb does not contain advertising.
How we use information
We use your information only to operate the App and provide its features, including managing your account and access; coordinating shifts, scheduling, and coverage; delivering announcements, messages, and notifications (including push notifications); organizing rosters and onboarding; and maintaining, securing, and improving the App.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only within your organization (so authorized staff and management can use the App together), with service providers who help us operate the App under confidentiality obligations and solely to provide the service, and when required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or others. Mobile and phone-number information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages (SMS)
If you receive text (SMS) messages related to Honeycomb - such as shift, schedule, or announcement updates - you consent to receive them as part of your participation. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, and thereafter only as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
Your choices and data requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@leadecho.net. You can also permanently delete your account at any time from within the App (open the top-right menu and choose Delete), or ask your organization's administrator to remove your account.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected.
Children
Honeycomb is intended for authorized adult staff and management of participating venues and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
