Position Title: Labor Assistant

🕒 Part-Time / As-Needed

Pay:

💰 Training Pay: $7.50 per lawn (3 training sessions + 1 review)

💰 After Training: $15–$18 per lawn (based on review and performance)

Most lawns take around an hour.

We pay weekly or bi-weekly depending on your work schedule.

About the Role

We’re looking for responsible, motivated individuals to join our lawn care team as Labor Assistants. This is a flexible part-time opportunity to gain job experience, build professional skills, and work in a supportive team environment.

This role is great for those who enjoy hands-on work, value clear communication, and are ready to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, cleanup, and support tasks during lawn care services

• Follow all job site safety and equipment protocols

• Work respectfully with teammates and clients

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers

• Follow instructions and ask questions when unsure

Training Process

🧠 New hires begin with:

• 3 paid training lawns at $7.50 per lawn

• 1 review session to evaluate readiness

• If needed, 1 additional paid training lawn may be provided

This process helps us ensure you're confident and ready for independent work before moving to full pay.
