Turbo Cloud VPN is developed by GEO SOFTECH (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do not collect when you use the Turbo Cloud VPN mobile application (“App”).

1. We Do Not Collect Personal Data

Turbo Cloud VPN is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, share, or track any personally identifiable information or sensitive user data.

We do not collect:

• No name, email, phone number, or address
• No account registration or login information
• No browsing history or online activities
• No DNS queries
• No user communications or content
• No GPS or precise location data
• No advertising identifiers for tracking purposes

Turbo Cloud VPN follows a strict No-Log Policy. We do not monitor what you do online and we do not track your digital behavior.

2. VPN Activity and Network Privacy

We do not log or store:

• Websites you visit
• Apps you use while connected
• Data content transmitted through VPN
• IP addresses of activities performed
• Connection logs that can identify a user

Your internet activity remains private and anonymous while using Turbo Cloud VPN.

3. Information on Device

To operate the app securely and provide VPN functionality, some basic preferences may be stored locally on your device only. This information does not leave your device.

Stored locally on device:

• Server selection preference
• Subscription status validation
• App bypass preferences (if you use the feature)
• App settings

None of this data is uploaded to any server or shared with any third party.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or collect your payment details. Only subscription status is verified for premium access.

5. Security and Encryption

Turbo Cloud VPN protects your connection using secure industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not log browsing data and we do not build user profiles.

6. Permissions

Permissions are requested only to provide VPN functionality and improve user experience. The App does not misuse any permissions and does not use them for data collection or tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

Turbo Cloud VPN is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if needed. If there are significant changes, we will notify users through the App or store listing. Continued use of the App means you agree to the updated policy.

5. Permissions Used

Turbo Cloud VPN requests only the permissions that are necessary for its core functionality. These permissions are used strictly to provide secure VPN service and improve app performance. They are not used for data collection, tracking, analytics, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.

INTERNET
Required to establish VPN connections and provide internet access through the secure VPN tunnel.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to detect whether the device has an active internet connection before attempting VPN connection.

CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE
Allows the App to create and manage the VPN tunnel securely.

ACCESS_WIFI_STATE / CHANGE_WIFI_STATE
Required to manage VPN functionality when connected over Wi-Fi and ensure stable VPN performance.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Used only to display VPN connection status, alerts, and service notifications.

QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Used only for the “Bypass Apps” feature, which allows users to exclude selected apps from VPN routing. This information remains on the device and is not collected or shared.

BILLING
Required to securely handle premium subscription purchases through Google Play Billing.
