The Citizen Linguistics in Language Resource Development workshop will provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to explore and discuss the issues, advantages and challenges of using Citizen Linguistics as a method for the creation of language resources. Additionally, the workshop will introduce LanguageARC, a new Citizen Linguistics web portal for collecting language data and judgements.

Important Dates:

  • Submission Deadline: March 2, 2020 (extended!)

  • Notification of Acceptanace: March 12, 2020

  • Deadline for Camera Ready version: April 2, 2020

  • Workshop Date: May 16, 2020 (CANCELLED) - Virtual Workshop to be held December 4, 2020.
