Organic Photonics Lab

The Organic Photonics Lab at APRI is led by Dr. Chang Lyoul Lee. Our research focus on high efficiency Photoelectric device (Light Emitting Diode, Solar Cell, Sensor) using organic-inorganic semiconductor material. Especially, Since 2016, we have been focusing on the development of high efficiency, high color purity, high stability R,G,B EL (Electroluminescent) devices using Perovskite quantum dots and thin films.
