Before you email: Please check the quick troubleshooting below.
Open Extension Options → Notion
Run:
Test READ (Query)
Test WRITE (Create test page)
Common causes:
The Notion database is not shared with the integration (404)
The integration capabilities are missing (403)
Rate limit (429) — retry later
If it still fails:
In the extension, use Copy diagnostics, then paste it into your email (see below).
Please do not send your Notion token. Also, review diagnostics before sending.
Check the following:
Obsidian is installed and can open links like obsidian://...
Vault name/ID is correct in Options → Obsidian
If you use special characters in file names, try a simple ASCII name (e.g., inbox/clip.md)
If it still fails, email us with:
Your vault name/ID
The exact behavior (does Obsidian open? does it append?)
Open Options → Billing
Click Restore / Refresh (or similar “restore purchase” action)
Restart Chrome and try again
If it still doesn’t unlock:
Send us your billing email (if any) and Copy diagnostics output.
Free plan allows up to 20 Notion exports per month.
If you hit the limit:
Upgrade to Pro to remove the limit
The limit resets monthly
If you believe this is incorrect, send diagnostics.

You can delete clips from the extension (Inbox) at any time.

Content exported to Notion/Obsidian must be deleted in those apps/services.
