Clipboard Manager does **not** collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. The App:
- Does **not** request the INTERNET permission
- Does **not** connect to the internet
- Does **not** send any data to us or any third party
- Does **not** use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
## 2. Data Stored on Your Device
The App stores the following data **locally on your device only**, inside encrypted storage:
- Text and links you copy to your clipboard
- Images you choose to save from your clipboard
- Your organized collections, pins, favourites, and trash items
- Your PIN and any app-lock settings
This data never leaves your device. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no ability to view, recover, or transmit it.
## 3. PIN, Fingerprint, and Biometric Authentication
If you enable PIN or fingerprint unlock, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (Android's built-in biometric APIs). We do not receive, store, or have access to your fingerprint data, PIN, or any biometric information — this is managed exclusively by your device's secure hardware.
## 4. App Permissions
To provide seamless clipboard functionality and floating accessibility features, the App requests specific system permissions. These permissions are used strictly on-device to power core functionality:
FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE (BubbleService): Used exclusively to keep the quick-access floating bubble active on your screen. This allows you to quickly paste, manage, and access your clipboard items from any app without interruption.
BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Used as a core feature to detect copied text in real-time across your apps and enable instant one-tap paste actions. This service processes text locally on your device only and never collects, logs, or transmits sensitive typed input, passwords, or personal data.
## 5. Data Sharing
Since no data leaves your device, we do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any information to third parties, advertisers, or analytics providers — because none is ever collected in the first place.

You can delete individual clips, clear your entire clipboard history, or empty the trash at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data, as nothing is backed up externally unless you explicitly use your device's own backup features (outside our control).
## 8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, since it collects no data at all. The App is not directed at children but may be used by general audiences per Google Play's applicable policies.
## 9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
