Clinixa ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Clinixa mobile application ("App").
Clinixa is designed with an offline-first local architecture to guarantee the highest standard of patient data confidentiality.
Clinical Data (Patient Records, Appointment Logs, Treatment Notes): All patient records, histories, notes, and photos you input into the App are stored strictly locally on your secure physical device using encrypted local database storage (Hive). We do not upload or transmit any clinical or patient data to external servers or cloud environments.
Clinic Branding & Doctor Signatures: All custom logos, doctor digital signatures, and clinic contact settings remain entirely local to your device and are processed exclusively on-device to export your PDF invoices and appointment cards.
Backup Files: When you perform a backup export, the encrypted file is generated locally on your device. You retain full control over where this file is saved or shared.
Clinixa offers subscription plans (Monthly Standard and Annual Prestige Plans) to unlock premium limits.
All transaction processing, payment info collection, and subscription renewals are handled directly and securely by the official payment engines of Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
Clinixa does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial credentials on any external servers.
To offer full functionality, Clinixa requests the following permissions on your device:
Notifications: Required to trigger local alert reminders for scheduled dental appointments. These notifications are processed entirely on your device.
Camera / Photos: Required to allow you to upload treatment photos or custom clinic logos into patient cards.
Storage: Required to write generated PDF invoices and appointment cards to your device's documents folder for sharing.
We do not share any user or patient information with third-party advertising networks or data brokers. The App only utilizes standard operating system APIs (e.g., Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing) to manage active subscriptions.
