Agenda
Welcome
Update on the survey study from the survey study subcommittee
Should we (pending ethical approval) have an application for membership in ISCET, where applicants are informed that their data will be used anonymously for academic research by our committee, with an added consent clause?
If so, should we recruit someone into a new role of Membership Secretary?
What else can ISCET be working on in preparation for development of standards?
A universal file format for eyetracking data?
Setting up a blank code code repository as a location where ISCET-compliant protocols can be stored for all major eyetrackers (i.e., before the manufacturers provide a solution themselves)?
Determining how the protocol development process will take place.
How subcommittee groups should be decided.
What process groups will go through to decide on each standard.
Possibly we should have a framework document for all ISCET standards, so that each follows a common format.
We are looking for ongoing ways to fund ISCET. Is anyone aware of any suitable grant schemes?
Any other business
