Overview
The Clinical Nucleic Acid Research Lab focuses on genomics-driven biomarker discovery using integrated multi-omics approaches, including transcriptomics, single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, and circulating nucleic acid profiling.
Our research integrates cellular, spatial, and circulating molecular layers to define disease mechanisms and identify clinically relevant biomarkers.

• Integrated circulating nucleic acid profiling and spatial transcriptomics for disease mechanism discovery [SNUH Research Track II / NRF]
• Spatial transcriptomics for vessel pathogenesis mechanism study [SNU Medical School Grant / NRF]
• Integrated single-cell multi-omics (snATAC/GEX) and circulating nucleic acid profiling for biomarker discovery and disease monitoring [KHIDI]
• Integrated bulk RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics for disease mechanism discovery [SNUH Research Track II /NRF]
• Development of subcellular-resolution spatial multi-omics to investigate post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms [SNUH/NRF]
Ongoing projects include single-cell analysis, high-definition spatial transcriptomics, bulk RNA-seq, and targeted panel sequencing
