This Privacy Policy applies to the ClientBase: Offline CRM & Notes app (the "Application") for mobile and other devices, created by Vanca Rafael Marian (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided at no cost and is ad-supported.
The most important thing to know is that your personal data, business data, and client information are processed and stored strictly locally on your device. It is not transmitted, stored, or accessed on any external servers belonging to the Service Provider. This includes your client profiles, interaction history, meeting notes, contact details, custom tags, UI theme preferences, and notification settings. You have full control over this data.
The Application collects a limited amount of information for specific purposes:
a) Information Stored Locally on Your Device
For the core functionality of the Application, the following data is stored only on your device:
Client Data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, company details, and custom tags entered by you.
Interaction History: A local log of your meetings, calls, notes, and payments associated with your clients to generate your visual timeline.
Preferences: UI theme settings, notification preferences, and security settings (such as PIN code access, if enabled). This information is used solely to provide the Application's core CRM and utility features and is never sent to any server.
b) Automatically Collected Information
The Application uses third-party advertising services to support its development. These third-party providers may collect and share certain data—such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and usage data—to serve relevant advertisements.
c) Device Permissions and Settings
To operate effectively, the Application requires specific permissions, which you control:
Storage (Read/Write): Required only if you use the feature to generate PDF reports or export/backup your client database as a CSV file to your local device storage.
Notifications (Optional): The Application may request permission to show local notifications for scheduled client follow-ups or reminders. Scheduling and triggering are handled entirely on your device.
Biometrics/Device Security (Optional): If you choose to secure the Application with a PIN or fingerprint, this authentication is handled entirely by your device's native OS. The Application does not store or transmit biometric data.
The Application uses the following, which may have their own privacy practices:
Google Play Services (on Android) and Apple system services (on iOS) for core device functionality.
Google AdMob: Used for delivering advertisements within the Application.

Because your data is stored only on your device, you are in full control. You can delete it in the following ways:
Delete Data (in-app): Use the app's interface to delete specific client profiles, interactions, or clear your entire database.
Clear app data (Android): In your device Settings → Apps → ClientBase: Offline CRM & Notes → Storage → Clear data.
Delete the app (iOS/Android): Deleting the Application removes it and all its associated local data (including all client records) from your device.
The Service Provider does not retain copies of your data, as it is not transmitted to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Application and stored data on their device, you may delete that data by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Application.
The Service Provider cares about the security of your information. Data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's own security mechanisms. The Application does not transmit your business or client data over the internet, minimizing any risk of interception.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the updated policy.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including as it may be amended from time to time.
