privacy and ensuring a safe, transparent live broadcasting and social environment.
This Privacy Policy explains how Click Live collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards
your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Click Live, you agree to the collection
and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree
with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the application.

A. Account & Profile Information
• Name & Username: Displayed on your public profile and stream rooms.
• Email Address & Phone Number: Collected during authentication (Google Sign-In,
Facebook Login, or Mobile OTP) for account verification and security.
• Profile Avatar: Images uploaded from your device camera/gallery or selected from
our curated avatar presets.
B. Hardware & Device Identifiers (Security & Anti-Fraud)
• Device Metadata: Device Name, Brand/Model, Platform OS version.
• Hardware Fingerprint & Serial: Device ID, Board Fingerprint, and Widevine DRM ID.
• Purpose: Used strictly by our DeviceInfoService for account security, multi-account
fraud prevention, anti-cheat detection, and enforcing device bans against illegal
or policy-violating streams.
C. Audio, Video & Camera Data (Live Streaming)
• Camera Input: Live camera video feed and 3D face filter rendering (processed
locally and streamed in real-time).
• Microphone Input: Live audio feed for broadcasting and participating in up to
20-seat audio party rooms.
D. Virtual Currency & Transaction Logs
• Coin Balance & Gifts: Records of virtual coins purchased, sent, or received.
• Reseller Logs: Detailed transaction logs of coin transfers conducted by
verified Official Coin Resellers.
E. Communication & User Content
• Live Room Messages: Public chat text and quick emoji reactions in stream rooms.
• Private Messages: Direct 1-on-1 chat messages between users.
• Posts & Comments: Content posted to the social feed and associated comments.
F. App Usage & Technical Storage
• Tokens & Credentials: JWT authentication tokens stored securely on your device
via GetStorage.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Messaging tokens used to deliver room invites
and app notifications.

1. Providing Live Streaming: Enabling HD video broadcasts and multi-seat voice
rooms using LiveKit infrastructure.
2. Rendering AR Effects: Applying real-time 3D face masks and beauty filters via
DeepAR SDK.
3. Virtual Economy: Processing coin transactions, room gifting announcements,
and leaderboards.
4. Security & Moderation: Identifying prohibited content, enforcing device-level
bans, and auditing system security.
5. User Communication: Sending push notifications for live invites, messages,
and account updates.
6. Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS

Click Live integrates with trusted third-party SDKs and service providers to
deliver core functionality:
• Google Play Services & Firebase: Authentication, Analytics, and Cloud Messaging.
• LiveKit Infrastructure: Real-time webRTC audio and video streaming pipelines.
• DeepAR SDK: On-device augmented reality 3D face filter processing.
• Unsplash API: Providing default avatar placeholders and live room theme wallpapers.
These third-party services process data in accordance with their respective
privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or advertisers.

in the app via Edit Profile.
• Block/Unblock Users: Manage blocked accounts in Chat & Room Settings.
• Request Account Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and
associated personal data by submitting a request in the app under Account Settings
or emailing privacy@gpcl.com.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (AGE REQUIREMENT)

Click Live is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age
(or the age of legal adulthood in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect
or solicit personal data from children under 13 (or under 18 without parental consent).
If we learn that a child under legal age has provided personal data, we will
immediately delete such information and terminate the account.
