It happened to me too! if YouTube is blocked by the MAIN lightspeed, not TEACHER lightspeed, you simply need to restart your computer
This is uncommonly used among literally everyone.
Step 1: go to YouTube
Step 2: turn off Wi-Fi
step 3: press reload
step 4: SPAM the retry button
step 5: once it loads, ur done and can watch shorts and videos unblocked!
Step 1: find what you want to get
Step 2: press download
Step 3: go into files and rename the end from .exe to .bat
Step 4: press enter and wait for it to download
If it does not work (for example with Roblox) you can't do anything about it, and we have no idea how to get around that
