By making a booking with Cleveland's Executive Car Service, you (the Customer) agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Continued use of the website and/or Cleveland's Executive Car Service Customer app will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Booking Service
1.1 Cleveland's Executive Car Service reserves the right in its absolute discretion, and without giving reasons, to reject a customer application and to decline to enter into a contract.
1.3.The customer is responsible for providing accurate information to Cleveland's Executive Car Service.
1.4. Cleveland's Executive Car Service is acting as an agent between the customer and the driver. Cleveland's Executive Car Service offers the booking to a driver and when they accept the booking, a contract is formed between the driver and customer. That contract is subject to these T&C
1.5. In consideration for the driver carrying out your journey, you will pay that driver either directly by giving them cash or indirectly. Users also can pay online and drivers can receive payments online.
1.6. All the drivers are independent and are not employees of Cleveland's Executive Car Service. All the accidents and insurances are covered by the driver and according to the state requirement
