Welcome to Cleft Care!



Cleft Care is dedicated to educating people about the repair of cleft lip and palate, as well as to assist patients and their families with care after surgery.

To get started:



1. Open the application and select a tab to learn more.

2. At the top, you will find contact information for the craniofacial team at the Medical Unversity of South Carolina.

3. Once completed, the data from your survey responses will automatically be sent to our team and analyzed.



4. Before surgery, it is important to review the Pre-Admission Instructions tab.

5. After surgery, it is important to review the postoperative instructions that correspond to the procedures you or your child had done.

The purpose of this application is purely educational and informative. We hope that by using Cleft Care, you will learn more about cleft lip and palate, as well as postoperative care. However, the application and information contained inside does not supercede that of your personal provider. If you have any questions, please contact our team at the numbers provided in the application.
