What:  11-week online support group

For Who? -  for people who are looking to recreate themselves after a divorce, break-up with their partner, or to heal from any difficult relationship they might have experienced in the past. 

Everyone is welcome! All people who want to find a sense of belonging and to feel like they are not alone on their journey, despite their culture, gender, or other differences! 

Whether you are at the beginning, in the midst, or past the mess of getting divorced or breaking up with your partner, this group will help you! 

Why? - This support group is designed to prepare you for the challenges of an exhausting, emotional and painful process.

Do you have the fear of carrying the mess and the trauma in the next relationship?  Are you afraid that “history will repeat itself”?

Learn how to:

·  manage & balance your life & emotional state.

·  understand your “Why?”.

·  restore self-worth & confidence.

·  let go of what doesn’t serve you

· create space in your mind to understand what happened.

· solve the dilemmas of your troubled relationship.

· take the right course of action & move forward into the next chapter 

·  learn techniques/skills, gain peace of mind & start a new path.

· find the optimal and unique solution for you.

When? - We will meet every other week for two hours, from 6 - 8 pm. 

There will be 11 carefully designed sessions blending a variety of knowledge and techniques.

The group is a small community of participants who will work with me as the facilitator/professional through a designed curriculum.

How do I Join? - We will meet for 30 minutes for an interview prior to the starting date. This is a FREE 30-minute consultation. This is a requirement for each participant.

How much will this cost? - This is a private pay group. I offer a sliding-scale fee that varies from $35.00 to $65.00.
