This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms between you (the user) and GOLDEN DELTA CAPITAL PTE.LTD. (“the Developer”) concerning subscription services offered through the ClearNow: Photo Enhancer application. By initiating a subscription, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1.1 Available Subscriptions
OptiClean: AI Enhancer offers the following options:
Weekly Plan – Unlocks all premium features; billed every week.
Annual Plan – Provides unlimited access to premium tools; charged once per year.
1.2 Subscriber Advantages
By subscribing, users receive:
Full, unrestricted use of premium tools
An ad-free user interface
Priority support response from the developer team
2.1 Payment Terms
The cost of your chosen plan will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation.
2.2 Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you disable this setting.
Renewal charges are processed up to 24 hours before your current period ends.
Renewal fees remain consistent with the original subscription cost.
2.3 Managing Subscriptions
Auto-renewal settings can be managed or cancelled directly in your iTunes account.
2.4 Free Trial Terms
If you begin with a free trial, it will automatically transition into a paid plan unless cancelled beforehand. Charges will be applied without additional alerts.
3.1 Cancelling Subscriptions
You may cancel your plan at any time.
Cancellation does not interrupt the current subscription cycle; access continues until the end of the period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
3.2 Refund Requests
All refund inquiries must be directed to Apple Support, as refunds are governed solely by Apple’s refund policies. The Developer cannot issue refunds independently.
4.1 Price Revisions
The Developer may revise subscription fees. If pricing changes, subscribers will be notified in advance, and new rates will apply at the next renewal.
4.2 Feature Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to update, add, or remove features. Continued use indicates acceptance of such changes.
5.1 Developer’s Right to Terminate
The Developer may suspend or revoke your subscription at any time due to violation of these terms or related policies.
5.2 After Termination
If terminated:
Access to premium features ends immediately
No reimbursements will be provided for unused portions of the subscription
