This privacy policy applies to the Cleared! app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Konrad Czubinski (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. Some information is collected automatically by the Application and by the third-party advertising service it uses, which may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
Basic device information (operating system, device model)
General usage data (e.g. time spent in the Application)
Advertising identifiers (e.g. Google's Advertising ID / IDFA on iOS), used by the third-party ad service described below to serve and measure ads
The Application does not collect or request your precise or approximate device location.
Third Party Access
The Application uses AdMob (a Google service) to display advertisements, including rewarded video ads that let you earn in-game currency. AdMob may collect and process data such as your advertising identifier and device information in order to serve ads, which may be personalized based on your consent choices. Where required by law (including in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the Application will ask for your consent before requesting personalized ads, and you can change this choice at any time from the Application's Options menu ("Privacy / ad consent").
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application. The Service Provider may disclose information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Your Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent to ad personalization at any time. To exercise these rights, or to ask any question about this policy, contact the Service Provider at the email address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall process available on your device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. If you would like data associated with your device deleted, please contact clearedgame@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at clearedgame@gmail.com so it can be removed.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application is deemed acceptance of all changes.
