These Terms govern the use of the ClearNow: Photo Enhancer mobile app (referred to hereafter as the “App”), which is developed and made freely available by GOLDEN DELTA CAPITAL PTE.LTD. (“Provider”).
By downloading or using the App, you are confirming your agreement to these Terms. We recommend you read them carefully before proceeding. Reproducing, altering, or modifying the App or any part of it, including any trademarks, is strictly forbidden. Decompiling, reverse engineering, translating into other languages, or creating modified versions of the App is also prohibited. All intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights associated with the App, remain with the Provider.
The Provider is committed to delivering a useful and effective tool. To this end, they may modify or enhance the App or introduce charges at any time. Should charges be introduced, they will be clearly disclosed to users beforehand.
To operate effectively, the App may collect and process personal data you provide. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and managing access to the App. The Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it compromises built-in security features, can lead to malware risks, and may impair or disable the App.
The App also integrates third-party services, each of which has its own set of terms. You are encouraged to review those terms separately:
Please note that certain features require internet connectivity (via Wi-Fi or mobile data). If the App underperforms due to lack of connectivity or data, the Provider cannot be held accountable.
When using the App over a mobile network (outside of Wi-Fi), your service provider’s data policies apply. This may lead to additional charges for data use or roaming, depending on your location and plan. You agree to accept responsibility for such costs. If you are not the account holder for your device, it is assumed you have obtained consent from the bill payer.
Additionally, the Provider cannot accept liability for issues related to your own use of the App, such as running out of battery or failing to maintain device functionality.
While the Provider makes every effort to ensure the App remains accurate and up to date, it may rely on third-party data sources and cannot guarantee the reliability of all content. The Provider disclaims responsibility for any direct or indirect loss incurred due to reliance on the App's data.
The App may require updates to stay functional. These updates may be needed as system requirements evolve. You agree to install such updates as they are made available. The Provider may also discontinue the App at their discretion. If this occurs, (a) your license to use the App ends; (b) you must delete the App from your device; and (c) no prior notice may be given.

The Provider may revise these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page. Users are encouraged to check for updates regularly.
