Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named MindClear.

MindClear is designed with a "Privacy First" and "Offline First" architecture.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on external servers.
No Internet Usage: The Application does not request Internet permissions and operates entirely offline.
Local Storage: All data entered into the Application (e.g., your thoughts, lists, urgency status) is stored strictly locally on your Device using Android's SharedPreferences API.
Use of Your Personal Data
Since we do not collect data, we do not use your data for any analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes. The data you enter remains solely on your device to provide the functionality of the "Mental Load" list.
Share Functionality
The Application includes a "Share" feature that allows You to export your list via text. This action is initiated solely by You. When You use this feature, the text data is passed to the operating system to be shared with an app of Your choice (e.g., Email, WhatsApp, Notes). We do not have access to who you share this data with.
Permissions
To ensure your privacy, MindClear requests Zero Permissions from the Android operating system.
No Internet Permission.
No Location Permission.
No Storage Permission (Standard internal app storage is used).
No Camera/Microphone Permission.
Security of Your Data
The security of Your data is important to Us. Since all data is stored locally on Your Device, its security is reliant on the security features of Your mobile device (e.g., screen lock, encryption). We do not transmit your data over the internet.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone. Since the app is offline and collects no data, it is safe for use by all ages.
