Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you navigate through and interact with the Cleansquared Platform or when you contact our third-party service providers, we or such third-parties may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

· Your Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is often associated with the portal you used to enter the Internet, like your Internet service provider (ISP), company, association, or university. Your IP address, by itself, may reveal your ISP or geographic area but not your identity. However, we may link the last IP address you used to access the Cleansquared Platform to personal information you have provided us. If local law requires IP addresses and the like to be treated as personal information, we treat them as such.

· A unique identifier for your computer, mobile device, or other device used to access the Cleansquared Platform (“Device Identifier”). A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to the device you used for access. We may link the Device Identifier to other information about your visit, such as what pages you viewed, and to personal information you provide us, such as your name. In addition to these methods, we may also collect information about how you interact with the Cleansquared Platform through advertising partners and data enrichment tools.

· Details of your visits to the Cleansquared Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Cleansquared Platform.

· Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). Click here [INCLUDE AS LINK TO DO NOT TRACK DISCLOSURES] for information on how you can opt out of behavioral tracking on the Cleansquared Platform and how we respond to web browser signals and other mechanisms that enable consumers to exercise choice about behavioral tracking.

The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve the Cleansquared Platform and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:

· Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.

· Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize the Cleansquared Platform according to your individual interests.

· Speed up your searches.

· Recognize you when you return to the Cleansquared Platform.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

· Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Cleansquared Platform. Unless you have adjusted your browser or app setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser or app to the Cleansquared Platform.

· Flash Cookies. Certain features of the Cleansquared Platform may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on the Cleansquared Platform. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser or app settings as are used for browser cookies. For information about managing your privacy and security settings for Flash cookies, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.

· Web Beacons. Pages of the Cleansquared Platform and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related Site or APP statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Site or App content and verifying system and server integrity). Unlike cookies, which are stored in a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on Web pages.

Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Cleansquared Platform are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Cleansquared Platform. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. For information about how you can opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information.

Information We Collect by Mobile Applications

When you use the App, the App may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device ("Mobile Device Information"), including, but not limited to:

  • The type of Internet browsers you use with the App.

  • Your preferred country site.

  • Your mobile operating system.

  • Your phone number or other identifiers assigned to your mobile device, including: The IP address of your mobile device, The manufacturer and model of your mobile device.

We may also collect information about how you use the App, such as the amount of time you spend using the App, how many times you use a specific feature of the App over a given time period, how often you use the App, and actions you take in the App. In addition, we may gather information about the website from which you downloaded the App to help us determine what App download site is most effective (collectively, "App Usage Information").

We may link your Mobile Device Information and App Usage Information to personal information you have provided us, in which case we will treat the combined information as personal information.

Location Tracking. If you are a service professional using the App for service professionals[SJ2] , we may ascertain and maintain your geographic location using Global Positioning System (GPS) information sent to us from the App. [For more information on when this information is collected, how we use it, and with whom it is shared, services professionals should refer to the Service Professional Agreement available on the App.] We only collect location information about service professionals who have been accepted to participate on the Cleansquared Platform and not about service requesters or about service professionals applying to participate in the Cleansquared Platform.

Information Third Parties Provide About You

· Records received from third parties. We use this information to improve service to you, to tailor our content to you, and to offer you information that we believe may be of interest to you. For example, websites on which we have placed advertisements, such as [Google], may tell us which ads about Cleansquared you clicked. This is often called "conversion tracking."

· Social networking sites. If you login to the Cleansquared Platform through a social networking site, we may collect your authentication token on that site and account identification number and use that information to provide you with access to your account on the Cleansquared Platform.

· Recorded telephone calls. We may contract with third parties to provide customer service support. Those third parties may monitor and/or record the contents of phone calls made through or in relation to the Cleansquared Platform, after notice to you and with your consent.
