Effective Date: August 18, 2026
CleanSpaceX is developed by ToolDynoApps. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how CleanSpaceX accesses and processes files and storage information when you use the application.
CleanSpaceX is designed to operate locally on your Android device.
We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information with ToolDynoApps servers or third parties.
CleanSpaceX does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Physical address
Precise location
Contacts
Device identifiers
Login credentials
CleanSpaceX may display general device storage information such as:
Total storage
Used storage
Free storage
Storage usage percentage
This information is obtained locally from your device and is used only to display storage information inside the app.
This information is not uploaded to ToolDynoApps.
CleanSpaceX does not request unrestricted access to all files on your device.
When you choose to analyze files, CleanSpaceX uses Android's system file or folder picker to allow you to select the folders or files that you want the app to access.
CleanSpaceX only analyzes content that Android allows the app to access based on your selection.
The app may process information about selected files, including:
File name
File type
File size
Last modified date
Folder name
File or document URI
Whether a folder is empty
This information is processed locally on your device.
CleanSpaceX may analyze user-selected folders to provide features such as:
Large File Finder
Duplicate File Finder
Old File Review
APK File Detection
Empty Folder Detection
Selected File Review
The app does not silently scan inaccessible areas of your device.
Analysis begins only when you choose to use an applicable feature.
To identify duplicate files, CleanSpaceX may compare file sizes and calculate cryptographic hashes such as SHA-256 for files that are accessible through the folders you selected.
These hashes are used only for local duplicate-file comparison.
CleanSpaceX does not upload file hashes, filenames, file contents, or duplicate results to ToolDynoApps or any remote server.
CleanSpaceX does not automatically delete files during scanning.
Files or folders are deleted only after an action initiated by you.
Before deletion, the app may show the selected files and request confirmation depending on your settings.
CleanSpaceX attempts deletion using Android-supported document and storage APIs.
Removing a folder from CleanSpaceX's list of authorized locations does not delete the actual folder or its files.
CleanSpaceX is designed without broad storage permissions.
The app does not require unrestricted access to your device storage for its normal operation.
Folder or file access is granted by you through Android's system picker.
Android may also allow CleanSpaceX to retain access to a folder you previously selected so that you do not need to select it again every time. You can remove that folder from CleanSpaceX's authorized folders.
Android may restrict access to certain system or application directories.
CleanSpaceX does not attempt to bypass Android security restrictions, root the device, or gain unauthorized access to protected files or folders.
CleanSpaceX is designed to work offline.
The app does not upload your:
Files
Filenames
Folder names
File hashes
Storage statistics
Scan results
to ToolDynoApps servers.
CleanSpaceX does not use a cloud service for its core file-analysis functionality.
CleanSpaceX does not contain an advertising SDK and does not use your information for personalized advertising.
CleanSpaceX does not use analytics or tracking SDKs to monitor you for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing purposes.
CleanSpaceX does not use Firebase for analytics, authentication, cloud storage, or database functionality.
CleanSpaceX does not require:
Account registration
Login
Signup
Social media authentication
ToolDynoApps does not maintain a CleanSpaceX account containing your analyzed file information.
ToolDynoApps does not sell or share your selected file information or storage analysis results with third parties.
Core file analysis is performed locally on your device.
CleanSpaceX may store limited settings locally on your device, such as:
Dark mode preference
Delete confirmation preference
Sorting preference
Information needed to remember folders you selected
These settings are used only to provide app functionality and preferences.
File analysis information may remain temporarily or locally within the application as needed to display scan results and provide app functionality.
You can remove previously selected folder access from within the app where that option is available.
You may also remove locally stored app information by:
Clearing CleanSpaceX app data through Android settings; or
Uninstalling CleanSpaceX.
Because ToolDynoApps does not maintain a cloud database containing your CleanSpaceX file-analysis information, ToolDynoApps generally does not possess a remote copy of this locally processed information.
CleanSpaceX minimizes data exposure by processing its core storage and file information locally on your device.
Access to selected folders is subject to Android's security and document-access mechanisms.
However, no device or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
CleanSpaceX is a general-purpose storage utility and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
The app does not require an account and does not intentionally transmit user-selected file information to ToolDynoApps.
CleanSpaceX does not rely on advertising, analytics, authentication, or cloud-storage services for its core functionality.
If a future version introduces third-party services that affect user-data handling, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
We may update this Privacy Policy if CleanSpaceX features, privacy practices, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.
Any updated policy will include a revised effective date.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
