face data:
- Facial geometry and landmarks: Geometric coordinates of facial features such as
eyes, nose, mouth, and face contour, used to map and track facial structure.
- Facial expressions: Real-time analysis of facial movements and expressions
(e.g., smile, brow raise, eye blink) to enable interactive or responsive features.
- Depth map data: On supported devices, three-dimensional depth information
captured via the TrueDepth camera to enhance AR or authentication features.
- Eye tracking data: Gaze direction and eye movement information used for
accessibility or interactive functionality.
All face data is processed in real time on your device only. It is not converted
into a biometric identifier or template for the purpose of identifying you across
contexts.

3. HOW WE USE FACE DATA

Face data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Authentication and secure sign-in: Integration with Face ID to verify your
identity and allow secure access to the App. The actual biometric template is
stored solely within Apple's Secure Enclave and is never accessible to us.
- Personalized user experience: Adapting interface elements in response to facial
expressions to enhance interactivity and engagement.
- Augmented reality (AR) features: Overlaying digital content on or around your
face, applying filters, masks, or visual effects in real time.
- Accessibility: Enabling users to control the App through eye tracking or facial
gestures as an alternative input method.
Face data is never used for advertising, marketing, or cross-context profiling.

4. SHARING OF FACE DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not share your face data with any third party, including advertising networks,
analytics providers, or data brokers.
- Face data is processed entirely on your device (on-device processing).
- It is not transmitted to our servers or any cloud infrastructure.
- When Face ID is used, the process occurs entirely within Apple's Secure Enclave;
we never have access to the underlying biometric data.
- No third-party SDKs or libraries receive face data.

5. WHERE FACE DATA IS STORED

Face data is processed temporarily in device memory only during active use of the
relevant feature. It is never written to the file system, a database, or any remote
storage. When the feature session ends or the App is closed, the data is immediately
discarded from memory.
For Face ID authentication, biometric templates are stored exclusively within
Apple's Secure Enclave hardware. The App does not have direct access to this data.

6. HOW LONG WE RETAIN FACE DATA

- Real-time processing: Facial geometry and expression data are held in device
memory only for the duration of the active feature session. The data is deleted
immediately when the feature is closed or the session ends.
- Authentication sessions: Face data used for sign-in purposes is discarded as
soon as the authentication attempt is completed.
- No persistent storage: We do not retain face data beyond the active session.
No face data is stored on our servers at any time.

9. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE — GOOGLE GEMINI NANO

The App uses Google Gemini Nano, an on-device AI model developed by Google LLC,
to power certain AI-assisted features within the App.
WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AND HOW
Gemini Nano operates entirely on-device on supported hardware. The content you
interact with inside the App (e.g., text you enter or actions you perform) is
processed locally by the Gemini Nano model installed on your device. This
processing happens within the device's own hardware and does not involve sending
data to external servers during inference.
The Gemini Nano model itself is provided and periodically updated by Google via
the operating system or app update mechanism.
ALL USES OF THIS DATA
The data processed by Gemini Nano is used solely to generate AI-assisted responses
or suggestions within the App in real time. It is not used for advertising,
profiling, or any purpose beyond the immediate feature you are using.
WHO THE DATA IS SENT TO
For on-device inference: processing occurs entirely on your device. No user input
data is transmitted to Google LLC's servers as part of Gemini Nano's standard
on-device operation.

EQUAL OR GREATER PROTECTION
Google LLC provides privacy protections equal to or greater than those described
in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable
data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.
SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
No user data processed by Gemini Nano is shared with any third party beyond
Google LLC's on-device model execution as described above.
DATA RETENTION
For on-device processing, no data is retained beyond the active session inference.
Input processed by Gemini Nano is discarded immediately after the response is
generated and is never stored persistently on device or remotely.
USER CONSENT AND CONTROL
Before AI-powered features are activated, the App will display an explicit consent
prompt explaining what data is processed, who provides the AI model, and a link
to Google's Privacy Policy. You may decline this prompt, in which case AI features
will remain disabled. You can change this preference at any time in the App's
Settings.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect all user data, including
face data and AI-processed content. All connections to our services are secured
with TLS encryption. Access controls and audit mechanisms are in place to prevent

11. USER CONTROLS AND RIGHTS

You have full control over your data:
- You can revoke camera and Face ID permissions at any time via iOS Settings >
Privacy & Security > Face ID & Passcode (or Camera).
- Revoking permissions will disable the features of the App that rely on face data.
- You can disable AI features at any time in the App's Settings.
- Deleting the App removes all associated data from your device.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
face data or any other personal information from children under 13. If we become
aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
