Your trust matters to us. CleanGo ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who downloads and uses our application. This Privacy Notice ("Notice") explains, in plain terms, what information our App and its affiliated services collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe when you use CleanGo and any related services made available through the Google Play Store (together, the "Platform").
By installing or using CleanGo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice.
To keep CleanGo running smoothly and to tailor the experience to your device, we automatically collect certain technical signals when you interact with the App. These vary depending on your settings, the features you use, and how you've configured your privacy preferences, but generally include:
SDK, API, and JavaScript code version numbers; IP address; platform type; request timestamps; application identifier and version; distribution channel; a unique device identifier; device manufacturer; operating system version; language and regional settings; time zone; network connection type (cellular, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.); CPU and battery usage statistics; screen resolution; memory and storage usage; SIM carrier and SIM country; Google Play release status; ad-serving strategy data; advertising network and placement identifiers; screen height and width; developer mode status; and ADB debugging status.
We also retain data tied to your device's Android ID. This allows us to track advertising-related activity associated with your device across sessions. We treat the Android ID as personal information under this Notice.
We log how you interact with CleanGo, including:
Click counts, screen/page views and their sequence, time spent on individual screens, request timestamps, number of app launches, and pages or features you've viewed.
Permission grant/denial status.
Whether app functions are operating correctly.
The app's package name.
The timestamp of your first app launch.
App brand/build identifier.
Network connectivity status within the app.
Firebase-assigned device identifier.
Device model.
SIM country code.
System language setting.
Cookies, which our advertising partners may set or read.
This usage data is shared only with vetted third-party analytics providers — currently Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, and Snowball — strictly to help us understand and improve the product. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for anything beyond improving CleanGo and the performance of our advertising.
CleanGo integrates software development kits (SDKs) from outside partners. These SDKs may independently collect:
Your Google Advertising ID.
Approximate demographic information (e.g., inferred from your IP address).
Anti-fraud signals (such as indicators of advertising click fraud).
Device-specific details (device type, technical specifications, country).
Information used for advertising delivery, marketing, and analytics.
Cookie data, which advertisers may read or write.
Once collected by these third parties, this information is governed by their own privacy practices — not ours — and we do not control how they process it. Our SDK partners include analytics providers (Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Snowball). Direct links to each partner's privacy policy are provided in Section 7 below.
CleanGo uses your device's Android advertising ID solely to personalize the ads you see and to support advertising analytics. This identifier is anonymous by design — it cannot, on its own, be used to identify you personally, and it is not linked to any persistent identifier or other personally-identifying data.
If you reach out to us directly — for example, through a support request, a feedback form, or a survey — we collect what you voluntarily share, which may include your email address and the content of your message or responses.
We have a legitimate interest in using collected data to:
Keep the App updated and evolving.
Refine and personalize your in-app experience.
Manage our ongoing relationship with you as a user.
Customize the features and content you see.
Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
Surface relevant offers, both inside CleanGo and on other platforms we operate.
Notify you of important updates, security notices, or service messages.
We process the data necessary to:
Let you access and use CleanGo's features.
Keep the underlying service running.
Fulfill any specific requests you make of us.
We — and the advertising/marketing partners working on our behalf — may use information such as your advertising ID, age range, country/region, gender, language preference, and your interaction history within the App to deliver advertising and promotional content tailored to you.
On this basis, we have a legitimate interest in processing data to:
Track your activity and behavior in connection with CleanGo.
Improve and better target our advertising and marketing efforts.
Share relevant data with our advertising and marketing partners for these purposes.
By downloading, installing, or continuing to use CleanGo, you agree that we and our advertising partners may collect and use your information for personalized advertising and experience improvements, unless you actively opt out.
We recommend reviewing our partners' own privacy policies to understand their individual data practices — we are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, whether you encounter them through CleanGo or elsewhere.
Protecting your data is a priority. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, and we require any vendor who processes data on our behalf to do the same.
To maintain platform integrity, we have a legitimate interest in processing data to:
Monitor and analyze how the App is being used.
Detect and prevent fraud or criminal activity.
Take appropriate action against users who violate our terms.
That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of your data or any communication channel within CleanGo. We encourage caution when sharing any personal or sensitive information through the App — anything you disclose to other users may be seen or used by them, and any content posted to public areas (such as community forums, if available) should be considered publicly visible.
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (the "Designated Regions"), we process your personal data under the legal frameworks established by the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or equivalent local law, generally on the basis of our contractual relationship with you.
We may disclose your data to business partners — including advertisers, ad-tech publishers, and analytics/tracking providers — who use it to display advertising, measure engagement, and understand usage patterns to improve their own services. Once shared, how these partners handle your information is governed by their respective privacy policies, not ours.

We rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:
Contractual necessity — to deliver the services you've requested and verify your identity.
Legal compliance — to meet regulatory obligations such as accounting standards or law enforcement disclosure requirements.
Legitimate interest — to manage our user relationships, maintain service security, and communicate with you about CleanGo.
Consent — for activities like cookie placement or sharing your data with advertising partners.
In some cases, providing certain personal data is a prerequisite for accessing the full functionality of CleanGo.
Depending on applicable law, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information. To do so, contact us at help@labbce.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing any request, and we may decline a request where:
Denial is legally required or permitted;
Fulfilling it would compromise someone else's privacy;
It's necessary to protect our legal rights or property; or
The request is unfounded or excessive.
6.1 Withdraw Consent — Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This won't affect the legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6.2 Access & Correction — You can request a free copy of the personal data we hold about you (barring legally permitted exceptions), and ask us to correct or update inaccurate information, except where you can already do so within the App directly.
6.3 Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten") — You may request deletion of your data where it's no longer needed for its original purpose, where you've withdrawn consent it relied on, or where you've validly objected to its processing.
6.4 Restriction — You may ask us to limit processing of your data while we verify accuracy disputes, while resolving an objection, or as an alternative to erasure when processing is unlawful but you'd prefer restriction over deletion. We'll notify you once any restriction is lifted.
6.5 Objection — You can object to processing based on consent, contract, or legitimate interest, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., defending legal claims).
6.6 Data Portability — Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format, or ask us to transmit it directly to another provider where feasible.
6.7 Third-Party Notification — If we've shared your data with third parties, we'll notify them of any rectification, deletion, or restriction requests, unless doing so is impossible or disproportionately burdensome.
6.8 Automated Decision-Making — You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produce legal or similarly significant effects, subject to legal exceptions.
6.9 Complaints — If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, contact us at help@labbce.com. You also retain the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Our SDK and advertising partners maintain their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle data collected through their tools. We have no control over these third parties' practices. Links below:

This section supplements our main Privacy Notice and applies exclusively to individuals residing in California, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and related state law.
If you are not a California resident, this section does not apply to you — please refer to the main Notice instead.
8.1 Right to Know — You (or an authorized agent) may request disclosure of: the categories of personal data we've collected over the past 12 months; the sources of that data; our business purpose for collecting it; and the categories of third parties with whom it's shared.
8.2 Right to Delete — You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and may opt out of having your data sold or shared, except where we need to retain it to:
Detect security incidents or guard against malicious/illegal activity;
Identify and fix functional bugs;
Exercise free speech or another legally protected right, or protect another user's right to do so;
Carry out internal uses reasonably consistent with your relationship with us; or
Comply with other legal obligations under California law.
8.3 Submitting a Request — Send verifiable requests to help@labbce.com. Only you or your authorized agent may submit a request, and information-access requests are limited to twice per 12-month period. Your request must include enough detail for us to verify your identity and understand what you're asking for. We cannot act on unverifiable requests.
8.4 Our Response Timeline — We aim to respond within 45 days of a verified request. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we'll explain why and notify you of the extension via email, phone, or other electronic means.
We don't charge a fee to process requests unless they are excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded — in which case we'll explain our reasoning and provide a cost estimate beforehand.
8.5 Non-Discrimination — We will never penalize you for exercising your CCPA rights — including by denying service, charging different prices, or providing a reduced quality of service.
8.6 Minors — CleanGo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we discover such data has been collected, we delete it promptly. Parents/guardians who believe their child has shared personal data with us should contact us so we can take appropriate action. Users aged 13–16 have an affirmative right to opt in to data collection; parents/guardians of users in this age range may also contact us on their behalf.
CleanGo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in this age group. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it from our systems without delay. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, please reach out so we can resolve the matter.
This Notice governs the data collected at the time it is in effect. We may revise it periodically; when we do, we'll provide notice through appropriate means given the nature of the change. Continuing to use CleanGo after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
