User Agreement

Effective Date: October 27, 2025

Parties to the Agreement: ZENTROPIQ TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "the Company") and the user who uses this iOS Album Cleaning App (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the User")

Welcome to use the App! This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App, which clarifies the rights and obligations of both parties. Please read and understand this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing and using the App. By clicking "Agree" or starting to use the App, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all the terms of this Agreement (including the Privacy Policy and other rules within the App). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the App.

1. Service Content

Core Services: The App is an album cleaning tool on the iOS platform, providing you with the following services (subject to your grant of corresponding permissions):

Photo Library Classification: Access your local photo library and classify it according to dimensions such as photo/video type, shooting time, and similarity to facilitate your content management;

Redundant Cleaning: Identify redundant files in the photo library (such as duplicate content, similar content, expired screenshots) through local algorithms, and support you to independently select and delete them to free up device storage space;

Subscription Benefits: You can purchase the subscription service of the App through the iOS App Store. During the subscription period, you can enjoy benefits such as "unlimited use of all cleaning functions" and "ad-free experience" (the specific subscription period and price shall be subject to the display on the App Store).

Service Restrictions:

The App only supports the iOS system (the specific compatible version shall be subject to the description on the App Store) and does not support other operating systems;

You need to ensure that your device has enabled necessary permissions (such as photo library and network permissions), otherwise some core functions may not be available;

We have the right to adjust the functions of the App (such as adding/optimizing functions, suspending some services) in accordance with technological upgrades and compliance requirements, and will notify you through prompts within the App or other reasonable methods.

2. User Obligations

You shall use the App in accordance with laws, regulations, rules and this Agreement, and shall not use the App for any illegal or improper purposes (such as using the App to access, store or spread illegal content, infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others, etc.).

You shall be responsible for the security of your iOS device and the account used to log in to the App (if any), and shall not transfer or lend your account to others for use. If any loss is caused due to your failure to properly keep your account or device, you shall bear the corresponding responsibility.

You shall comply with the relevant provisions of the iOS system and the App Store when using the subscription service of the App, and shall not use any illegal means to bypass the payment verification of the App Store or obtain the subscription benefits of the App without authorization.

You shall not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, crack or otherwise damage the program code of the App, nor shall you interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or the servers and networks related to the App.

3. Subscription Service Terms

Subscription Purchase: When you purchase the subscription service of the App, you will be redirected to the App Store payment page. The payment will be processed by Apple officially, and the payment amount will be deducted from the payment method bound to your Apple ID.

Subscription Renewal: Unless you cancel the automatic renewal function in advance in "Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions" of the iOS system, the subscription service will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period, and the corresponding fee will be deducted from your bound payment method. The renewal fee and period shall be subject to the current standard of the App Store.

Unsubscription: You can cancel the automatic renewal of the subscription service at any time. After cancellation, the subscription service will continue to be valid until the end of the current subscription period, and will not be renewed automatically. No refund will be given for the fees already paid for the current subscription period (except in cases where refunds are required by laws and regulations or Apple's official policies).

Subscription Benefits: During the valid period of the subscription service, you are entitled to the benefits agreed in this Agreement (such as ad-free experience, unlimited use of functions). If you cancel the subscription or the subscription expires, the above benefits will be terminated, and you will be converted to a non-subscribed user (ads will be displayed, and some functions may be limited).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc.) of the App (including but not limited to program code, interface design, text content, images, logos, etc.) belong to us or the relevant right holders authorized by us.

You shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of the App. Without our prior written permission, you shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, modify or create derivative works of the App or any part of its content.

The intellectual property rights of the content in your photo library (such as photos, videos) belong to you or the relevant right holders. We only use the above content in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy to provide cleaning services, and will not claim any intellectual property rights to it.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the App and its services, but we do not make any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the following circumstances:

The failure of the App to function normally due to factors beyond our control (such as network failures, device malfunctions, iOS system updates, force majeure, etc.);

Your improper use of the App (such as failure to grant necessary permissions, using the App on an incompatible device, etc.);

The loss of your photo library content due to your own operation errors (such as accidental deletion) or device failures (we remind you to back up important content regularly);

The collection, use or disclosure of your information by third parties not authorized by us.

The ad services in the App are provided by third-party ad service providers. We only provide ad display spaces in accordance with the agreement, and do not assume responsibility for the authenticity, legality and accuracy of the ad content. If you have any disputes with the ad service provider or the advertiser, you shall resolve them with the relevant parties on your own.

6. Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement shall take effect from the date you click "Agree" or start using the App and shall remain valid until you stop using the App or the Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and stopping using all services of the App.

We may terminate this Agreement and stop providing services to you immediately in the following circumstances:

You seriously violate the provisions of this Agreement or laws and regulations, and fail to correct it within the time limit required by us;

You use the App to engage in illegal activities, which may cause legal risks to us;

In accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations or government departments.

After the termination of the Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement regarding intellectual property rights, disclaimer of liability, dispute resolution and other provisions that should continue to be effective in accordance with the law shall remain valid.

7. Updates to the Agreement

We may revise this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, adjustments to the App's functions or changes in business needs. The revised Agreement will be published in a prominent position within the App (such as a pop-up window or a dedicated agreement page) and marked with a new "Effective Date". If you continue to use the App after the revision of the Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you shall stop using the App immediately.

8. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our Company is located.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction in the location of our Company.
