AI Cleaner Kit (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information when you use it on your iOS device. Please read this policy carefully. By downloading, installing, or using AI Cleaner Kit, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Overview
AI Cleaner Kit is a storage management utility that helps you find and remove duplicate photos, blurry images, screenshots, large videos, and other clutter from your device, and that lets you compress images, videos, and PDF files to save space. All scanning, analysis, and compression performed by the App happens entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your photos, videos, or other personal media.
2. Information We Access
To provide its core features, the App requests the following permissions through Apple's standard iOS system prompts:
Photo Library Access — Used to display your photos and videos within the App, to run on-device AI analysis (such as detecting duplicates and blurry images), and to let you select and manage which items to delete or compress. You may grant access to your full photo library or to selected photos only; you can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Storage and Device Information — Used to calculate and display your total device storage capacity, space used, and space available, so the App can show accurate storage statistics.
The App does not request access to your contacts, location, microphone, camera, calendar, health data, or any other data category not listed above.
3. How We Use Your Information
All photo and video analysis — including duplicate detection, blur detection, file size sorting, and AI-recommended cleanup suggestions — is performed locally on your device using on-device processing. We use this information solely to:
Display your photos, videos, and storage statistics within the App
Identify potential duplicates, blurry images, screenshots, and large files for your review
Allow you to compress images, videos, and PDF files that you choose to process
Generate AI-based suggestions about which files you may want to clean up or compress
We do not use your photos or videos for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the cleanup and compression features you request.
4. Data Storage and Transmission
AI Cleaner Kit is designed with a privacy-first, on-device architecture:
No Upload of Media — Your photos, videos, and PDF files are never uploaded, transmitted, or sent to any external server, cloud service, or third party. All scanning, comparison, and compression happen locally on your iPhone.
No Cloud Storage — We do not maintain any cloud database or remote storage containing your media or personal files.
Local Processing Only — Any AI-based detection (duplicates, blur, recommended cleanup amounts) is performed using on-device computation. Results are calculated and shown to you locally and are not retained by us after you close the App.
5. Deleting Photos, Videos, and Other Files
When you delete a photo, video, screenshot, or other item using AI Cleaner Kit, the App uses Apple's standard system-level deletion process for the iOS Photos library.
This means:
Deleted items are not permanently and immediately erased from your device.
Deleted items are moved to your device's native “Recently Deleted” album, which is part of Apple's built-in Photos app behavior.
Items in “Recently Deleted” remain recoverable for at least 30 days, in accordance with Apple's default system settings, after which iOS may permanently remove them automatically.
You can manually recover or permanently delete these items at any time by opening the Photos app and navigating to Albums > Recently Deleted.
AI Cleaner Kit does not control, override, or shorten Apple's default Recently Deleted retention period. This behavior is governed entirely by Apple's iOS operating system, not by AI Cleaner Kit.
6. Compression Features
When you use the App's built-in Compressor to reduce the file size of an image, video, or PDF, the compression process runs entirely on your device. The original file and the compressed output remain on your device and within your iOS Photos library or Files app, depending on the file type. No file is transmitted off your device during compression.
7. Third-Party Services
AI Cleaner Kit does not integrate third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics SDKs that collect or transmit your photos or videos. If the App uses any anonymized, aggregated diagnostic or crash-reporting tools (such as those provided by Apple) to help us identify and fix technical issues, such tools do not have access to your photo or video content and operate under their own respective privacy policies (for example, Apple's Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy).
8. Children's Privacy
AI Cleaner Kit is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not transmit your media to us in the first place, no children's photo or video content is ever collected by us through use of the App.
9. Your Choices and Controls
Permission Management — You can grant, limit, or revoke the App's access to your Photo Library at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > AI Cleaner Kit.
Selective Access — If you choose “Selected Photos” access in iOS, the App will only be able to view and manage the specific photos you've approved.
Manual Review — The App does not delete or compress any file automatically without your explicit selection and confirmation.
Recovery — Any deleted item can be restored from your device's Recently Deleted album within the 30-day Apple-defined window described in Section 5.
10. Data Security
Because your photos, videos, and files are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to us, the security of your media is governed primarily by your device's own security settings (such as passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID) and Apple's iOS security architecture. We encourage you to keep your device's operating system up to date and to use a passcode or biometric lock to protect your data.
11. International Users
AI Cleaner Kit can be used worldwide. Because the App does not collect or transmit your photos, videos, or personal media to any server, there is no cross-border transfer of such content by us. Any device or diagnostic data handled by Apple's platform services is subject to Apple's own privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our features, legal requirements, or App Store guidelines. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
