Cleaner Guru: AI Phone Cleaner

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cleaner Guru: AI Phone Cleaner mobile application (the "App") provided by MD UZZAL MIA ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Resell, rent, or redistribute the App
The App helps you identify and delete photos, videos, and contacts. Deletion is permanent and is performed only after your confirmation. You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deleting them and for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from your use of the App.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple.
The App, including its design, features, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will recover any specific amount of storage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or device functionality, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
