Final deletion decisions are made solely by you;

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Accidental or unintended deletion of photos;
Data loss or device issues;
Any direct or indirect damages;
Use or inability to use the App.

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, code, trademarks, and content, are owned by the App’s developers.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
