Appyhigh built the Cleaner Go app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Appyhigh at no cost and is intended for use as is.


This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.


If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. 


The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Cleaner Go unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Our app complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

          Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

           Cookies 

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory. 

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, Web sites, products or services that we do not control or own, such as Facebook, or any third party features or services made available via an Application, the Services or the Site. All trademarks, trade names, and logos of third parties featured on the Applications or the Site belonging to their respective owners. 

A. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED:

a. Personal Information: In general, we use Session and Usage Data internally to serve our Users and enable them to take maximum advantage of the Applications, the Services and the Site. We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.

b. Non-Personal Information: We may disclose Non-Personal Information to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number). 



B. PERMISSIONS USED BY  Cleaner Go: 

a.  Full network access & receive data from Internet:

+ This permission is used to access the device’s network for certain functions.

b. Read and write App storage space:

  - android.permission.CLEAR_APP_CACHE

  - android.permission.GET_PACKAGE_SIZE

  - android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS

  - android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

+ Cleaner  Go is allowed to detect and delete junk files on users’ phone with this permission.


c. Retrieve running apps:

  - android.permission.GET_TASKS

+ This permission is used in Boost in order to view the running apps.


d. Close other Apps:

  - android.permission.KILL_BACKGROUND_PROCESSES

+Cleaner Go is allowed to stop other apps, battery saver and boost your phone with this permission.


e. Read the content stored in your memory:

  -   android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

+ This permission allows users to view files stored on memory of the device. We promise that we will never disclose your privacy to any person or third party interest information.


f. Permission Wake lock:

 - android.permission.WAKE_LOCK

+ This permission allows Cleaner Go to keep the phone awake during a scanning.


g. Toggle sync on and of:

 - android.permission.WRITE_SYNC_SETTINGS

+ This permission allows Cleaner Go to synchronize with the user's sync settings.


h. Accessibility:

 - android.permission.BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE

 - android.permission.FORCE_STOP_PACKAGES

+ This permission is used to close apps chosen by users with accessibility. This is only used to speed up user devices and no relative information will be uploaded.


k. Change network connectivity:

 - android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE

+ This permission is used in Cleaner Go settings in order to connect and disconnect from Wi-Fi.

Usage of Microsoft Clarity SDK

We have added Microsoft Clarity SDK to Cleaner Go, a third-party SDK by Microsoft. This SDK records user sessions, with balanced masking enabled. This assists us in enhancing the user experience within the Application. Appyhigh does not store or use any data processed by the Microsoft Clarity SDK. The management of this data is handled solely by Microsoft.


 The personal data collected and used by Appyhigh include: your name, email address, phone number, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Identifier for Vendors (IDVF), and Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) when you use the Cleaner Go application.

We do not access or process any Google user data via Google API. Our use of information obtained from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.

            SECURITY: 

+  Cleaner Go is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

Children’s Privacy


These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
