Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Service times may vary depending on cleaning needs, property size, traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
• Contact information
• Service address
• Requested cleaning details
• Entry instructions if applicable
• Any important information regarding pets, damages, or special conditions
Customers are also responsible for ensuring safe access to the property during scheduled appointments.
Payments
Payment is due as agreed before or upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.
All payments are final once services have been completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to fees depending on the circumstances.
Third-Party Platforms
Clean Chicks LLC may use or integrate with third-party services such as:

• Payment processors

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
Clean Chicks LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or issues beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to provide high-quality service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
