We ensure strict compliance with user data policies and developer distribution agreements through our collaboration with Trustlook SDK, limiting the collection, use, and sharing of user data to reasonable extents. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to Trustlook SDK. Any user data collected through Trustlook SDK will be used solely for providing antivirus services and will be securely stored and processed.

CleanBox may include links to third-party websites and display advertisements from other companies within the application. Clicking on these third-party links within the application may redirect you outside of our platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites.

Permissions that App Access:

android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE & android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: These permissions allow the app to access information about the device's network connectivity, including whether the device is connected to the internet. It can be used to track a user's online activity.
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission is used by the CleanBox app to access and read files on the device’s external storage to perform cleaning and scanning for junk files.
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission is used by the CleanBox app to delete selected files on the device’s external storage to perform cleaning and scanning for junk files.
android.permission.MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: The MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission in CleanBox allows broad access to a device’s external storage. This is crucial for deleting unnecessary files, clearing cache, and managing storage. Introduced in Android 11, this permission aligns with the new scoped storage model, providing extensive file access while ensuring user privacy and security.
android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS: This permission is used to obtain the usage information of applications on the user's phone, to help choose whether to uninstall high-risk apps.
