When access is restricted by law
When fulfilling the request would compromise another individual's privacy
When necessary to protect our legal rights or property
When the request is clearly unfounded or excessively repetitive

Right to Access and Rectification
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. This will be provided promptly and free of charge, unless applicable laws allow us to charge a reasonable fee.
You also have the right to request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold, unless you can do so directly through our Services.

Right to Restrict Processing
You may request that we limit the processing of your personal information under specific circumstances, including:
When you dispute the accuracy of the data (processing is restricted during verification)
When processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction over deletion
When the data is no longer required, but you need it for legal claims
When you have objected to processing and verification of our legitimate grounds is pending
During the restriction period, your data will only be processed with your consent, to assert legal claims, to protect others' rights, or for reasons of public interest. You will be notified if the restriction is lifted.
Right to Object to Processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where it is based on our legitimate interests, a contract, or your consent, in accordance with applicable laws.
We may, however, continue processing if it is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or if another legal basis applies.
Right to Data Portability
Where the processing is based on a contract or your consent and is carried out by automated means, you may request that your personal data be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request that we transmit this data to another data controller, where technically feasible, and provided it does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Notification to Third Parties
If your personal data has been shared with third parties, we will make reasonable efforts to inform them of your request to correct, delete, or restrict the data—unless doing so is impossible or would involve disproportionate effort. Upon request, we can provide a list of these third parties.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
You have the right not to be subject to decisions made solely by automated processing, including profiling, where such decisions produce legal or similarly significant effects. This right does not apply where the decision is authorized by law, necessary for a contract, or based on your explicit consent.
