1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or homemade mayonnaise
2-3 fresh garlic cloves, pressed
sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
4 sprouted wheat tortillas
1 cup chopped lettuce
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded leftover turkey or chicken
4 cooked bacon strips
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
fresh parsley
red pepper flakes
In a small bowl whisk the yogurt and garlic together. Season with sea salt and pepper to your taste.
Lay one tortilla on a clean surface. Spread generously with your yogurt mixture.
Top with lettuce, tomato, leftover turkey, bacon, avocado, egg, and crumbled cheese. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
Roll up tortillas, slice in half, and serve.
