This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Classmate from Hell (the "Game"), published by Timotej itnik s.p., Slovenia ("we", "us"), handles information.
What we collect
We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and the Game has no chat. Your progress, coins, stars and settings are saved on your device. On first launch the Game asks for your year of birth only to choose the right kind of ads; it stays on your device and is never sent to us. If you are 13 or older and use Google Play Games, your progress is also saved in your Google Play Games account (cloud save), and your scores and achievements appear on Google Play Games leaderboards under your Play Games name. If you choose to send a bug report, the text you write together with the game version, language, current day and basic device information is sent to us through a Google Form.
Advertising
The Game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, information about your device and ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required by law (for example in the EU, EEA and UK), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your Android settings under Google, Ads.
Children
The Game is suitable for everyone. Players who say they are under 13 are treated as children: they only see non-personalised, child-appropriate ads served by Google AdMob, a Google Play Families certified ad network, the Game does not ask them for consent to personalised ads, and Google Play Games sign-in, cloud save and leaderboards are turned off for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children should not write personal information in bug reports. A parent who believes their child has sent us personal information can contact us and we will delete it.
Data sharing and storage
We do not sell your data and we do not run our own servers that store your data. Data collected by Google AdMob is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS).
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the Game deletes all game data stored on your device. For data processed by Google, use your Google account settings or contact Google.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
