A Good Man is Hard to Find and Other Stories by Flannery O’Connor

This novel is a collection of a large variety of short stories, and was published in 1955. O’Connor included different themes, involving such things as baptism, greed and exploitation, and serial killers. The stories often contain terrifying events in which the main character undergoes a spiritual change. Catholicism is also a common theme in these short stories, which are usually told as life or death scenarios.
