This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Classcoin classroom‑economy mobile application (the “App”). If you have questions, contact: [your email] (the “Company”).
“Teachers” use the App to run a classroom economy. Teachers create accounts and control all data entry.
“Students” do not create accounts and do not use the App directly.
The App is not intended to collect, store, or process real student personal information (PII).
Teachers must only use pseudonymous nicknames (auto‑generated adjective + noun) or other fictitious identifiers.
Do not enter real student names, emails, IDs, photos, or any identifying information.
The App is not a student information system and is unsuitable for storing regulated student records (e.g., FERPA). If you enter prohibited data, you are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consents and complying with applicable laws. Remove such data immediately and contact us if you need assistance.
Account & Authentication (Teachers only)
Email, authentication tokens, and session metadata via Supabase Auth.
Subscription & Entitlements
Subscription status, product identifiers, and entitlement metadata via RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card details; Apple/Google process billing.
Classroom Economy Data (pseudonymous only)
Terms/classes, pseudonymous student nicknames (generated adjective + noun), points, jobs/awards, and related classroom state.
Device/Technical
App version, platform, basic diagnostics needed to operate and secure the App.
Optional Local PIN
If you set a local PIN, it is stored on‑device using secure storage.
We do not use third‑party advertising SDKs and do not track users across other companies’ apps.
Provide, operate, and secure the App (including login, real‑time updates, and sync).
Manage subscriptions and access via a server‑authoritative entitlement snapshot.
Maintain reliable classroom economy records.
Prevent fraud/abuse and comply with legal obligations.
Improve reliability and support (e.g., operational logs).
Service Providers (Processors)
Supabase (database/auth/realtime) to host and sync data.
RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.
Apple App Store / Google Play for billing and redemptions.
We do not sell personal information. We share only as necessary to operate the App, comply with law, or protect rights/safety.
Teacher account and classroom economy data are retained while your account is active. Upon deletion of data or your account, we delete or anonymize within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, or audit purposes.
Operational/subscription logs are retained for limited periods aligned with reliability and fraud‑prevention needs.
Encryption in transit and at rest (provided by our service providers).
Access controls and role‑based policies restrict access to data.
No system can be perfectly secure; keep your account credentials safe.
Our providers (e.g., Supabase, RevenueCat) may process data in the United States and other regions. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
You can access, add, edit, and delete classroom economy data in‑app.
You may request account deletion or export by contacting us at biojenesis@gmail.com.
Depending on your region, you may have additional rights (e.g., access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction).
Students do not create accounts. The App instructs Teachers not to input real student data. If real student data was added in error, remove it immediately and contact us for assistance.
The App uses essential platform SDKs and service provider SDKs (e.g., Supabase, RevenueCat) to authenticate, sync data, and manage subscriptions. We do not use advertising SDKs.
We may update this Policy. We will post a revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you via in‑app notice or email.
