Class 10 CBSE Study App is made and maintained by Grtech. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when users use the Class 10 CBSE Study App mobile application (the “App”).
The App is currently intended for users in India.

The App does not require users to create an account and does not require users to provide personal information to Grtech.
The App may optionally allow you to create or complete an in-app profile for personalised study features. You may choose to provide:

Any profile information that you voluntarily enter is stored only on your device in the App's local database. It is not transmitted to Grtech or uploaded to a Grtech server.

This locally stored information is used to provide features within the App and is not transmitted to Grtech.

The backup file is created only when you choose to use the App's backup/export feature.
The file is saved by you using your device's file picker. Grtech does not receive, upload, or store a copy of the backup file, and no Grtech server is involved in creating or restoring the backup.
You are responsible for where you save, store, or share the exported backup file. If you choose to share the backup file with another person, application, or online service, the information contained in that file may be accessible to them and will be subject to their own privacy practices.
You can later use the App's Restore/Import feature to import the backup file and restore your information on the same or another compatible device.
The App may use third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and other functionality.
These services may include:
Google Play Services
Google AdMob
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
These third-party services may collect or process certain technical, diagnostic, usage, advertising, or device-related information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You can remove locally stored App data by using the available options within the App or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App from your device, subject to your device's operating system behavior.
Exported JSON backup files are controlled by you. You may delete them from the location where you have saved them.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics is subject to the respective retention and deletion practices of those services.
Grtech may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, its features, third-party services, or applicable requirements.
