Claply allows users to create, upload, store, and share content such as photos, videos, profile images, posts, comments, and other media.
Depending on the feature and the user's privacy settings, content uploaded to Claply may be visible to other users.
Users are responsible for the content they choose to upload or share through the application.
We may process user-generated content to provide the relevant features, maintain platform security, enforce our policies, and prevent misuse or abuse.
Depending on the features you use, Claply may request permissions such as:

Photo and video/media access

Location access
Permissions are requested only when required for a corresponding feature or functionality.
Users can manage applicable permissions through their device settings. Disabling certain permissions may prevent some features from functioning properly.
We retain personal information and user-generated content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Claply's services, maintain user accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain security, and prevent fraud or abuse.
When a user deletes their account, we will delete or anonymize the user's personal information and associated account data from our active systems, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate retention requirements.
Information that is required to be retained for legal or legitimate purposes will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose and will be securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Users can request deletion of their Claply account and associated personal data.
Where the account deletion feature is available within the application, users can initiate deletion through:

When a valid deletion request is received, we will process the request and delete or anonymize the user's personal information and associated account data, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Some information may remain temporarily in backup or security systems until those systems are routinely updated or the information is no longer required.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.

Claply is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
