The Clam Lakes Property Owners Association (CLPOA) was formed in 2007 by a group of people who own property on or adjacent to Big and Little Clam Lakes. Our membership is made up of full-time residents and cottage owners from Big Clam, Little Clam & Lynx Lakes.

Mark your calendars and Save the Dates!!
This year, the Annual BBQ will be held at Brad & Patti's on Big Clam Lake on Saturday, July 4th. Guest and family are welcome (for a small additional fee). Please remember to bring chairs.
The AGM will be held on Monday, July 6th @ 7pm. It will be a blended virtual and in-person event hosted in the Seniors Room at the Kearney Community Centre and online via Zoom. More details to follow.
CLPOA will be hosting the 3nd Annual "House Crawl", Saturday, August 8th from 2pm-5pm. All are welcome and more details will come.
The Annual Poker Run will happen on September 6th, 2025 beginning from TBA on Big Clam Lake. Followed by a BBQ. Registration details will follow later in the summer.
CLPOA Holiday Dinner in Kearney will be on Saturday, December 5th, 2026 @ TBD
