Terms of Service – Claire Care Cleaning Services

These Terms of Service govern the provision of cleaning services by Claire Care Cleaning Services. By engaging our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Appointments
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. While we make every effort to adhere to agreed appointment times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Property Access
The client is responsible for ensuring timely and secure access to the premises at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in service cancellation and applicable fees.

3. Fees and Payment Terms
Service fees are determined based on the size, condition, and specific requirements of the property. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the property differs from the initial assessment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Scope of Services
Services will be performed in accordance with the agreed scope at the time of booking. Any additional requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

6. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and informing us of any fragile, delicate, or high-risk items. Claire Care Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for damage to items not properly disclosed or secured.

7. Service Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality service. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow us the opportunity to address the issue appropriately.

8. Limitation of Liability
While reasonable care is exercised at all times, Claire Care Cleaning Services shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or deterioration resulting from standard cleaning procedures.

9. Health and Safety Compliance
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if the working environment is deemed unsafe or poses a health risk to our personnel.

10. Amendments
Claire Care Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
