Privacy Policy for ClaimRoll
Last updated: 20.06.2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ClaimRoll ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. ClaimRoll is developed and published by Vladislav Bogdasevskij ("Dakii"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have any questions, contact us at: b.vladislav99@gmail.com
1. Who we are
ClaimRoll is a mobile game published on Google Play by Vladislav Bogdasevskij (developer name "Dakii"), an individual developer based in the Czech Republic (European Union).
For privacy matters, we (the developer) act as the data controller for the limited personal data described below.
2. Information the App handles
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on the features you use, the following may be involved:
a) Game progress and settings (saved data)
The App stores your game progress and preferences — such as your high score, level and experience, in-game currency balances (gold and diamonds), owned and equipped cosmetic items, totem upgrades, and your sound, music, and vibration settings.
• On your device: this data is saved locally on your device.
• In the cloud (optional): if you sign in with Google Play Games Services, your progress can be backed up and synced across your devices through Google's cloud save service. This is handled by Google; we do not operate our own servers for this.
b) In-app purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, packs of diamonds). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment details (such as card numbers). We may receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the item you bought.
c) Advertising
The App may show advertisements, including optional rewarded ads (for example, watching an ad to revive). Advertising may be provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These services may collect and use certain information — including advertising identifiers and device information — to show and measure ads. See Section 4.
d) Technical and device information
Third-party services used by the App (Google Play services, ad providers, analytics if enabled) may automatically receive certain technical information, such as a device advertising identifier, device model, operating system version, language, general region, and basic usage or crash data. This helps the App run, deliver ads, and improve stability.
We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
3. How we use information
Information is used to:
• Save, restore, and sync your game progress and settings;
• Deliver in-app purchases you make;
• Show and measure advertisements (including rewarded ads);
• Keep the App working correctly, diagnose crashes, and improve it;
• Comply with legal and platform requirements.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services that have their own privacy policies. The main ones are:
• Google Play Services / Google Play Games Services (sign-in, cloud save) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising), if enabled — https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
We encourage you to review these policies. We do not control how these third parties process data, but we choose providers that offer standard privacy controls.
5. Legal basis (for users in the EU/EEA)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
• Performance of a contract — to save your progress and deliver purchases you request;
• Legitimate interests — to keep the App secure, stable, and functional;
• Consent — for personalized advertising and any non-essential data use, where required. Where consent is needed for ads, you will be asked through the appropriate consent prompt, and you can withdraw it.
6. Advertising choices
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings:
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
Where required by law, the App (through its ad provider) will request your consent for personalized ads before showing them.
7. Children's privacy
ClaimRoll is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. If the App is listed for a mixed audience, ad content and data use will follow the applicable family/child policies of the platform and ad providers.
8. Data retention
Locally saved game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. Cloud-saved data is retained by Google's Play Games service according to Google's policies and your Google account settings. Purchase records are retained by Google as required for billing and legal purposes.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
• To remove locally stored data, uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings.
• For data held by third parties (Google, ad providers), use their account controls or contact them directly.
• For any request to us, email b.vladislav99@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
10. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, and we rely on the security provided by established platforms such as Google Play. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Significant changes may be communicated through the App or the store listing. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
