Covenants

Columbine Knolls South II was developed in four filings over a period of years. The developer filed Protective Covenants for three of these filings at different times. In addition, the developer also filed the Columbine Knolls South Planned Development Restrictions (ODP), which cover all lots in the community. Click here for a copy of the ODP.

Lots Not Covered By Covenants

Due to zoning changes requested by the developer, one small section of the CKSII community was rezoned from commercial to residential. The developer made the proper filing for the plot plan. However, a corresponding set of covenants for this area was not filed. As a result, there are 24 lots in this fourth filing, Section 4, that have no covenants. The legal description of these lots is
