The Columbine Knolls South II Homeowners' Association has developed an information package for Sellers, Real Estate Agents and prospective Buyers. This document contains a brief description of the community and includes our governing documents such as Protective Covenants, Columbine Knolls South Planned Development Restrictions (ODP) and Homeowners' Association Bylaws. Its purpose is to provide the information needed to make an informed buying decision. It also encourages potential buyers, as well as real estate agents, to ask questions about the community.
An HOA membership application form is also included.
The community was developed in four sections. Each section is identified on the map below and mandatory HOA membership varies based on the section of the Property.
Sections 1, 2 and 3: All lots are covered by the same protective covenants. All lots are covered by the Columbine Knolls South Planned Development Restrictions (ODP). New owners in these sections will have a mandatory assessment and will be Permanent Members of the Homeowners' Association. Currently, the annual assessment is $111 ($9.25 / month) or $255 ($21.25 / month), which includes both the assessment and the optional weekly trash service program.
Section 4: This section has no covenants and membership in the Homeowners' Association is voluntary for this section. All lots are covered by the Columbine Knolls South Planned Development Restrictions (ODP).
