EVALUATION
‘Sulfur’ has strong emotional regulation and understands that sometimes we need to step back and have a clear head when making important decisions. They also value team input and rely on others for efficient problem-solving during high-stress situations. It’s worth noting that in fast-paced high-stress combat situations the time they need to think may not be available and taking the time to do so could harm others.
‘Sulfur’ also has a clear moral compass and will not hesitate to refuse nonsensical orders and other unjust commands. They also like to avoid irreversible decisions that make the stakes unspeakably high. Their fear of true death may compromise their mental integrity during missions, but it has yet to do so. They also understand that while there are some orders they may contest, they understand that there are some they have no choice in.
‘Sulfur’ also seems to value team cohesion under one clear authority figure. This helps keep morale high and reduce chaotic decisions that may harm an insurgent.
SYNOPSIS
‘Sulfur’ appears motivated by personal history and a large ideological alignment with the insurgency. They have good self-regulation but perform slower in high-stress situations, and while they are great at collaborating with others, they may be indecisive in split-second decisions without the support of others. They are very thoughtful and cautious and have a strong moral code they won’t easily stray from. Could use some extra training to help their decision making in high-stress situations when help may not be available. They are definitely ready for combat and are more than capable of making decisions for themselves and the insurgency.
