Toffee the Candy Witch

The Candy Witch, formerally known as Olivia Rivers, was once a young adult woman living in a time before the Mushroom War. While she was initially caught in the initial blast of the bomb going off, Oliva was brought back from the brink of death through candy elemental magic. While the magic saved her, it also made her insane. Over time, Toffee regained a bit of her sanity but the time she spent insane left her as an outsider of the Candy Kingdom, who was generally wary of her. She lives in a small candy cottage with Mint, her candy dog familiar. While a sweet individual, Toffee tends to be a bit scatterbrained with her familiar having to be the one to constantly keep her a bit grounded.
