Yarnaby is a lion-like toy produced by Playtime Co. While initially launched as part of a wildlife conservation campaign, Yarnaby became so popular that Yarnaby became part of the main Playtime toy line. Yarnaby is a lion with a heart of gold. But Playtime Co. had a dark secret: a boy named Quinn Navidson was used in experiments that made a living version of the Yarnaby toy. After being conditioned by Doctor Sawyer, Yarnaby became loyal and obedient to the doctor, even long after the Hour of Joy.
