Aurora is a pony toy that was relased by Playtime Co. as part of the Playful Ponies line. Aurora was the self-proclaimed leader of the group, often using her smarts and her magic to look out for her friends whenever they got into trouble. But Playtime Co. has a dark secret: an orphaned girl named Marsha was used in experiments made to create a living version of the Aurora toy from the 80s. Following the Hour of Joy where the toy experiments like her revolted against the scientists who made her, they are now all trapped in the factory, starving and fighting to survive.
