Background

Vesper was born in the greed ring to Luna and an unnamed hellhound. While still very young age, Vesper’s dad left home and never came back, leaving them to be abused and neglected by Luna before she ultimately abandoned them on the streets of the Pride Ring. It was on the streets where they met Amber, who looked after them.

One day, however, Vesper got very sick. After Amber was caught breaking into Marsha and Octavia's home, they were found and taken in where he got the healthcare they needed to recover.

After they got better, Vesper would go on to grow up in a loving home with a large, loving family. As a young pup, Vesper developed a love for reading to the point that they would rather be inside their room reading instead of interacting with others. This is why Vesper and their older brother Orion got along so well. Outside of family, Vesper was looked down up by higher class demon due to being a hellhound adopted by demon royalty.

Aside from being dehumanized, Vesper's more weaker appearance and more "nerdy" interests made them a prime target for bullies with them often having to be defended by their older sisters. Aside from their family, the only other individual who showed any amount of kindness to him was Leo, the son of a goetia duke who he met at one of their grandma Stella's parties when they were kids.
